excellent stay
accommodating staff complimentary snacks convenient self-parking
I definitely noticed the staff was nice and accommodating . complimentary snacks were a plus and i liked the bvlgari toiletries provided. self-parking was right around the corner for half the hotel parking price. It saved me some money.
the housekeeping knocked at 11 AM and walked in, which frightened me. The situation felt uncomfortable as she did not speak english.

the gleaming lobby is nicely maintained and features beautiful paintings. a gorgeous curved staircase is a central design element. i observed that the hotel appearance is clearly a priority.

the staff offered very polite and engaging assistance, always ready to help. i was pleased to receive attentive support from every staff i interacted with. this service is an asset.
